What is included
Practitioner review of your intake, the medicine if they prescribe it, discreet US shipping, and refill questions in chat. Labs are separate unless your protocol adds them.
Shipping
Prescriptions ship in about 5 business days from a US pharmacy, in plain packaging, to the 48 states Bionomy serves. Supplements and lab kits follow the shipping note on the shop checkout.
Safety
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy for one patient after a prescription. Generic medicines such as metformin are FDA-approved products. Nothing ships until a licensed practitioner approves it. If they decline a line item, that hold is released.
Common questions
Do I have to finish a long form first? No. One question on the intake starter tells us the problem. If you already have labs, use “I already have labs” and go to the product checkout. A practitioner still has to approve a prescription before it ships.
Can I buy only the lab? Yes. Lab panels are sold on their own.
